What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
Sugar CRM is being used in our company in the sales area, it is a great management software for the relationship with our customers as it allows us to evaluate metrics and potential customers that may approach our organization, we try to capture these people thanks to this tool and the productivity of our team has been increasing. Its cloud-based system grants the opportunity to keep our products and services close to the customer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is highly customizable adapting to any environment and employee, its ability to capture potential customers helps our sales executives a lot, when it comes to exporting files it works quite well. Great management of content and sales opportunities among our employees, helping the development and optimization of the company, as it also does with reporting and statistics that transmits in each search.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface leaves much to be desired, it is not very intuitive and difficult to use, it requires prior training to employees to be able to implement the tool without so many problems. The user experience is a bit slow compared to other CRMs we have used in the company. Appointment scheduling can be cumbersome at times which wastes our time and that of our customers, however it works well overall.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good CRM that can still improve a lot, especially aimed at small and medium sized companies that want to start in the world of customer acquisition, quite useful as long as you have previous training when it comes to implement it. If you want to keep track of your customers and keep them informed of your products and services, it is a great option that also allows you to synchronize it to the phone, although sometimes this option can leave much to be desired.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
SugarCRM has helped us to complete our daily tasks faster. You can clearly see all the project activities and which ones are assigned to each team member, which is very useful to move the work forward quickly. We are very happy with all the tools that this software brings because it simplifies our working hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A very clean and organized interface, where everything is quickly available and you can see clearly, the tasks and their progress. Its reports are very good, it contains all the weekly and monthly information we need to know how the activities are going. The technical support was always very friendly with every request we had.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be a challenge to install the program, but with the help of their technical support, it is possible. The platform gets a bit cumbersome at times and their alert and reminder systems are not arriving in real time, which has caused some delays in tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the easiest crm to use, with a very simple interface, that everyone in the office knew how to use quickly. Useful for all departments in the company and even for remote workers, as it has allowed them to have a record and follow up of their daily activities.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?
The platform has a very friendly graphical interface, which facilitates management and quick learning.Sales are faster, organizational information is more accurate, and integration of different departmental processes are better.The flow of information is perfect; carrying out processes, follow-up, completion, and finalization is excellent.The tool is very friendly; some add-ons must be licensed, but to start with, it is beneficial.Native integration with other platforms is not complicated; this helps us to enhance our processes.The support team is very responsive; you get a quick answer if something is not working well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sugar is a strong CRM with many advanced features that improves the company processes.It is easy to use and maintance, it is continually enhancing.SugarCRM can be adapted very easy to the individual needs for a company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface could be a little bit more attractive and simple to use.It could be a little slower sometimes.Partner network could be better in central america.The dashboard could improve the graphs.Documentation could be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool is awesome, it is easy to use, and if you have the right provider, the implementation is fast and transparent.Feel free to contact your local supplier for a demo, you can request a trial with the manufacturer to test all the functionality of the tool.SugarCRM improves the internal processes of the company and makes it closer to the customers.
